Recruiting new staff can be a lengthy and time consuming process which can remove the focus of our client’s key personnel from their core business. Lindores Personnel will provide a dedicated Account Manager who will ensure all personnel are dollar productive and working in a safe manner. They will have rapid response procedures for any injured personnel and provide a Duty of Care and OH&S procedures and policies. They will liaise on a day to day basis with site management and co-ordinate and allocate personnel.

Lindores Personnel has access to a wide variety of potential staff through traditional advertising methods as well as social media platforms, industry and network alliances and an extensive database of job ready candidates.
